What happens when you take two veteran MC's, throw em in a house together in the middle of the desert and leave em there with one of Hiphop's grimiest producers for 3 months?
the Serpent Dove is born! Dirt, Noiz & Beat Somebody are about to bring the drama to your eardrums! Starting with the idea to revitalize and update the rap and rock combo made famous by the likes of Run DMC and Beastie boys, Dirt & Noiz began with a few track concepts that quickly boiled over to a 12 song album featuring some great production from Beat Somebody and a slew of underground MC's and DJ's. "Once we started, we couldn't stop. We kept getting excited every time we finished a song and felt like we should keep going until the creative flow ran out." says Dirt. "Problem is that it never really did. We capped it off at 12 tracks but still have more ideas. So we decided to turn it into a full blown crew concept with future projects planned." Noiz adds, "Beat Somebody just has the mind for this kinda music. He draws heavy on on an influence from all kinds of music genres, and old classic rock, nu-metal and punk, are some of his favorite. When the producer makes the beats that you want to write to it, it just comes together seamlessly. the Serpent Dove is now a side crew consisting of these 2 lyricist that have already brought you classics in their own right seperately. These two have been long-standing close friends and partners in rhyme and their creative chemistry combined has been felt on a number of previous efforts. To put them on a whole project together is proving equally satisfying! DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS UPCOMING PROJECT!
